Cancellation Policy – SummitPay
You may cancel your SummitPay service or subscription by providing written notice before the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations submitted after a billing cycle has begun may not qualify for refunds and may be subject to applicable fees, as detailed in your service agreement or platform terms.
If your access to SummitPay is terminated due to a breach of contract or a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of your service.
Upon cancellation or termination, any associated account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download or retain any reports, transaction records, or account documentation prior to account closure.
SummitPay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service plan, or product offering at any time, with or without notice. In such cases, refunds will only be provided if expressly stated in a separate, written agreement.
