Refund Policy – SummitPay

SummitPay delivers advanced payment processing and transaction services through secure platform access and contractual agreements. Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all service fees, processing charges, and platform usage costs are considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted or service delivery has begun.

If you believe you were billed in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at support@summitpay.cc. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued solely at the discretion of SummitPay.

SummitPay reserves the right to update pricing, transaction fees, and related charges at any time, with or without prior notice. These changes will apply only to future billing cycles or new service agreements, and will not affect charges already invoiced or paid.

In cases where service access is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or any contractual agreement, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused service time.

SummitPay does not provide compensation, refunds, or reimbursements for any service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuations unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
